You only needs to run

box install lecert -d DOMAIN

However, currently only a single domain name is allowed to be issued, you can add other domains yourself by using acme.sh

run box install lecert -d DOMAIN --letsencrypt will issue Certification from Let's Encrypt instead of ZeroSSL
